300 rx mods and questions

i have recently brought a 2001 300rx and are now starting to list things im not a fan of and also wanting to know what mods i should do, just the simple easy ones

first thing is, its too quiet, whats a good exhaust system for these things? aprox price?

also a question about the trans, when i put my foot down, itll shift down fine, but when i hold my foot down, the car will feel like its braking before changing up, and in tip tronic it wont change unless i take my foot off a bit or arent all the way up the rpm range, is this nomal?

and i know not reccommended but will these do burnouts, im not talking all the time, im meaning the odd one for a laugh
