R33 gtst window going wrong way?

Hi guys may be a dumb easy fix but I'm stumped ! First the window switch went now my rhs window reg shit its self! I replaced both and now my driver side window is reverse on the switch ( up is down and down is up ) but its only on the drivers side, passenger side up is up down is down ! I have tried everything! Please help

You need to de-pin either the male or female plug that feeds the power to the motor and reverse the pins one side only of course, its easy I had the same problem when I fitted a Z32 motor to mine.
