HELP ME! Is this right? I don't really hear a hiss from my filter when i rev, only if i tap my accelerator slightly.. any help?

So ive just got a new air filter for my clio 1.2. Im not sure if its mounted correctly or if anyone knows if its right? I dont really hear a loud sound of the air being sucked in so not 100 sure

Just made the car slower with that HAI, the OEM CAI would be much more efficient at getting cooler air with a slight ram effect than that pod setup.
