going to put air intake & exhaust on the car & just want a flash tune to get the delimet off & get better it driving better

Mine is an auto but that's not the reason why I would say I found it to be not so worthwhile.

Sure, a little more power can be squeezed out of them, the torque was noticeably increased and throttle response was impressive, largely due to the aggressively advanced timing, but is it worth the money you pay for a proper half-day on the dyno? Honestly, from my own experience, no.

Since Colin is aware of Abbey Motorsport's reputation, definitely wait to hear what they suggest but personally, I'd say don't bother. It's a sufficiently fun car in its stock form for me. Back it down a couple of gears, overtake a few road slugs and enjoy. :)
