Rb25det no compression on 3 cylinders sometimes on cold start

Hey guys 

I am new here.

i have an r33 sitting in my garage for the last 10 years that I start every now and then.

recently when start the car it just turns over like there is no compression, if I leave it and come back the next day it starts with a missfire for a few minutes and then runs on all 6 cylinders fine.

i performed a compression test (cold).  It had zero compression on cylinders 1 , 2 ,6 .

Has anyone else had this issue.

lifters or valve spring issue? 

Guessing it's not been driven under load or had fresh oil in that time? 

Best to remove cam and timing covers to inspect the valve train.

Yes that’s right, I changed the oil for the first time in 5 years a couple of weeks ago,  I was thinking of using an oil flush product in the oil to help.  
If that does not work I will start pulling it apart
