Head Unit Swap 370gt With Inifinity G37

Hey guys,

Recently got an imported 08 370gt. I was wondering what parts from infinity g37 or nissan 370z fits the Nissan 370gt. Can we replace the head unit from the infinity g37 so it's not japanese?? As infiniti G37s already have translated with navigationa and everything, are we able to simply swap the audio system?
