V36 250GT Skyline Front Lower Ball joints

I have recently purchased a 2007 V36 Skyline Jap import and the left hand lower control arm ball joint is really sloppy, i have managed to undo it with an impact but it seems to be pressed into the lower arm. 

I have found the part but it seems quite expensive for what it is and if possible i would rather get a new ball joint pressed in.

Can someone inform me about if this ball joint is able to be replaced or if i have to get a whole new arm.

I don't have a V36, but by the look of the pictures, it might not be possible to press another ball joint in.  similar to the compression rod on the V35, the ball joint is built into the arm.
