BCM Replacement

Hello all,

Thanks to the help of "TheMax" who is an absolute legend, he helped diagnose what the issue was with my car not starting. Turns out the BCM (body control module) is the issue.

So I wanted to ask if anyone has had their BCM replaced and configured anywhere in Sydney? At the moment the only place I can imagine who would have the tools to do it would be a Nissan service centre but I would rather take it somewhere else if anyone knows a place that has the required scan tool with immobiliser features to connect the new BCM up to the car.

Most workshops that have a snap on scantool should be able to do a “handshake” between bcm and other modules i think 

other thing would be to ring around some of the places that sell these modules and see who they can recommend to do it. Might be a mobile guy that lives around the corner from you, you never know!

Turns out Nissan fixed it and it only needed 2 new relays put in and then a steering lock bypass otherwise I was quoted $2265 to buy and fit a new steerling lock assembly.
