Hi All.

I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for a good dial gauge kit that they've used on an RB26.
Got to get the gauge located right at the correct spot and angle and a good sturdy base to sit in the valley.

If anybody has done this before I'd much appreciate any recommendations.

Just about any non-who-flung-dung brand dial gauge will do. All you need is a steel plate you can bolt down to a coil bracket hole, a mag base and a couple of adjustable arms to mount the dial gauge, and maybe an extension or two to screw onto the probe.

Might have to look elsewhere for extensions.

Would expect you'd be looking for something beyond 10mm -  a 12mm or 1/2" DI, if this is a moderate performance application.

Chinese probably can't stuff up something as simple as this you'd hope either - and if you go to the usual suspects like H&F, probably the most likely country of origin you'll find! One thing I will say, get an analogue one, digital are horrible things!
