95 R33 GTR - Harness under passenger dash

I've pulled my dash to work on a few things (primarily an issue with the blower motor) but once I got everything off, I noticed this harness just sitting there not plugged into anything.  I don't see anything missing a plug or anything obvious where this would be plugged in.  Any thoughts/ideas?

I cannot figure out what exactly it is from a distant photo, there are multiple possibilities. Figure out what is connected to what and eliminate from there. It can only be a few things, some are body related, others are ECU related.

It could be something optional as looms were probably shared across R33 models, eg a in glove box mini disc player or something. If nothing was plugged in before you pulled the dash, no need to worry
