I thought the days of big power mod and no f**ks given to everything else were over long long ago.

Not to sure on the tune or anything on that one so can’t comment too much 😂

I mean cmon, other than the uh, lets just say _period correct_ gauge choices (i.e 2005) the rest of it is fine for a however year old car it is, being 30+ and you know actually driven.

Little scuffs happen, you should see the state of every other Skyline actually used nowadays. Plenty of money in that engine bay too, also using mid 00's tech, which is still 15 years newer than the car is. Looking back at the mod list, I'm not surprised that it was once a demo car. Lets just take into consideration that an old demo car is still up and moving around in a world where most die.. young 😛

Bonnet clearly closes, it's closed at the start of the video :P Yes it looks like the compressor cover fouls, which again is likely due to its initial fitment being a demo car. Clearance it and send it 😛

One minor scratch in one guard, doors looked fine enough from a side glance. Scars are cool sometimes, they're made to be driven etc.

Probably worth more than 80k usd tbh lol. You don't want a car you're scared to actually use!

Don't listen to GTSBoy. Your car is worth at least 80k USD :D

That's actually the problem. It is worth US$80k. In that someone will pay that much for it. In fact, given that the owner seemed to know so little about it, he had probably just paid something like that for it.

    • Thank you for sharing your experiences. I believe your post means nothing to anyone or any of the businesses you mentioned. It’s probably better we all thank these businesses for providing us with products and solutions that you see nowhere else in the world. They work hard to provide us with those solutions, don’t shit on it. A business like xanavi probably has the right to charge 1100 USD for an SD card upgrade for CarPlay on the GTR, better than going to Nissan to be charged 4000+ to just get done local maps update right? Considering the car is 200-700k, I think it’s all due.  How did you save someone 1000 dollars by linking the SD card upgrade and then linking an irrelevant product that they got the idea from? You’re misleading people. You’re then making someone think that the box does the job? You idiot.   About the lesser knowns, what makes you so sure that those businesses people aren’t appealing to customers in their location/market? (AUmark) You seem to not only have a problem with miscommunication but also not being able to read. I just jumped on nifty city’s website and it’s in your local currency, where did you get 1100 USD from? It says 699 USD, or 1000 AU (your currency). They also run discounts? Your peripherals need improvement.   Grom v line has been on the game for longer than you’ve had interest in the so called “Japanese market” that you know so much of.    This post is not really helpful to anyone in the market looking to buy a unit. Let people run their business and customers to decide for themselves.   Regards, An interested customer.
    • Small addition to my post above. This morning I noticed my door ajar light was turning on occasionally when it shouldn't. I had a stray 8vdc being fed back from ground side with key out. After taking a closer look at the original cluster, I noticed nissan was actually aware of this as they added a diode. I tossed in a 1N4007 and it's resolved.
    • New coolant overflow for the r32.the good old boys in blue that let me rip around with a 4” exhaust no issues at all. We got it good over here like that.
    • Hey Ben those are some extremely wicked numbers for 22psi and the kill tune on e85 at 800 probably feels great. What are running for a gearbox? nice work mate glad to see the blue is working proper. Send me your base timing map when you get a chance I want to see how cranked up you got it over 16 psi, cheers
    • The little 10mm bolts are holding for dear life. 30 psi on ethanol/meth injection and things are feeling fricken spicy now! I hope the boost gods are with me at this power level feels like my face is going to the back of my head now.
