R34 RGB LED Halo Switchback?

Hello All, 

Does anyone know of a RGB LED controller that also supports switchback functions?

I have searched around but have had no luck so I might just have to make one with an Arduino instead.

It is for a set of LED Halos FYI

I made the circuit I was talking about. If the lights arrive and I still haven't found an alternative, I'll install this.
