Pop/crackle tune vs stage 1 pop/crackle map

Hey, simple question.

I’ve heard the words pop tune and the words stage 1 pop/crackle tune. What’s the difference or just the same thing?

Aww yes I have the stage 1.5 crackle tune but unfortunately couldn't afford the pop part. I'm going to pop chip my ecu soon though.

I just have the pop tune. But if you space the pops closely enough together, you get a crackle effect.

sounds like the "tuner" would dump fuel on decel/high revs but no throttle?

on my R31, that was easily achievable by running auto ECU on a manual heh

could be a low level antilag function like what the link stuff has. Fuel and timing dump on decel to create an afterburn and keep the turbine turning, crude and similar to the rally car days of old

for a slight crackle and pop, just disable the fuel decel function, and on full noise you'll get gifted with fireballs
