With a standard GTS-T what suspension changes can you make with the stock setup?

Under the rear of my car on the shocks there is a dial which can be set between 1 and 5. Is this how you would change the damper?

awesome. ok...i'm only new to all of this so i have to ask a few questions.

how can i tell what exactly what i have can do?

i will try to find a brand name on them and then see if i can find any information on them.

yeah My car came with after market suspension...

It's in yellow cover and a word "ALEC" or "ATEC" written on it!

it's stiff and a brick... so call "Tit Giggler" where I hear that from...

ps. What kind susspension is on the GTR stock? what colour?
