I'm using Dunlop SP9000 at the moment and they are a great road tyre, about 7 out of 10 both wet and dry :P

better than Bridgestone S-03 or the yokohama C-drive?

Just reporting back on the TOYO TP-G's.

Dry: 8/10

Wet: 6/10

Value: 7/10

Tyres I've used which I'm comparing against:

Falken ZE326, ZE512, FK451, RT215, FK-04 GRB, RS410 & Dunlop Le Mans.

Comment: Prol spend a bit extra next time and get the TOYO T1-R's :P

Any one had experience with GF Goodrich G Force Sports or GT Radials (champiro)?? 17/235/45. Quite a few places I've called have recommended them but I'm not sure wheter they are good or just getting better rates to sell them.

hmm, not many people mentioning continentals.

The tyre shop at my work supplies them, can get them for a pretty decent price too. The manager said they are a damn good tyre, so im going to have to give them a go sometime.

Yokohama DNA GP

Dry: 6/10

Wet: 0/10 Not fun having the car kick out at 140km/h when passing someone.

Value: They were on the car when I got it

Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 only on rear ATM: 285/40/17

Dry: Haven't got them to break traction yet, can't push them hard enough to lose traction as the car just understeers

Wet: Same as dry

Value: 10/10 at $330 each, not sure what retail is though.

Dunlop SP3000A Silica Tyres - Anyone used them?  I just bought a set (yet to go on the car)

Currently running them on my wife's BA Turbo. Tyre was originally designed as the OE fitment for this car. Has been accepted to be an above average tyre by the general public and as such now readily available in other sizes. I have personally found them to suit the BA very well - better than other more expensive options.

My personal preference is the Goodyear REVSPEC RS-02, currently fitted to my SII Stagea (235/40R18). A little expensive when compared with its competitors, but I do not place price on safety.

The last couple of weeks in Canberra we have had some rather terrible wet weather and these tyres loved it - especially with AWD.

Neither vehicle has seen any track work therefore I have no comment to offer in that regard.

Regards,

Marc2
