Are R34 GTR's AWD or RWD?

by looking at meggala.com it says that the GTR's were RWD, is that true? were they all RWD or AWD or both? im confused.

actually they are intelligent 4wd....Rwd until the rear slips the front grips....majority of the time they are rwd

It's part-time 4WD unlike WRX's and EVO's. It spends most of the time RWD until front wheels are needed.

I think they are called Dynamic 4WD or something, where it switches between RWD and 4WD when needed, I think thats what ylwgtr is saying. (might be just doubling up).

PVA: that the worst ATTESSA picture ive seen. haha

the transfer case is connected to the box, then a shaft out to the rear as normal and also a drive shaft goes to the front diff.

that picture doesnt have any of the gearbox/transfer case in it at all.

bzzzzt. R32 GTR's and up are ATTESA 4wd.

Older GTR's and the R31 GTS-R are RWD as far as I know.

32, 33 and 34 gtr's are considered 4wd.. using attesa - its rwd UNTIL the rear wheels start to slip then the front wheels are used to give maximum traction and grip (same thing?)

so.. meggala was 'technically' right...

Latest Evo's actually unhook rear when in straight line.... but still considered 4wd...
