    Which M35?

we're quite happy with the M35 series 1, but thats got a few mods, and it moves along pretty quickly. i think the vq35 would be an easier car to drive, as ours has a little bit of lag, but when boost hits, it hits. wife doesnt mind the seats in ours, but i think there's room for improvement. i'd agree with ppl that say if you're modding, go the s1, otherwise the s2 is a more balanced car.
  2. thanks guys. I'll hit up scotty
  3. hi all, Am looking at purchasing the transgo shift kit for my M35. I'm not very confident in fitting this up myself, and am wondering if someone in Victoria can do this for me. Essentially looking at a trans service + shift kit install. please comment below or pm if you can assist please. thanks!
  4. am very keen to get this done, anyone in Victoria that can do this?
  5. Hey mate. The bilsteins are great. Very comfy. Sits perched up but i dont mind. Thanks!
  6. All, Selling the coilovers that came out of our m35. Theyre the adjustable super wagon ones from tein. Unsure of actual specs. Removed as they were too firm and bouncy. As such, a rebuild is suggested. Hence the low price of $200. Pickup much preferred. Located in se melbourne.
  7. Ok thanks. Looks like bc br's are the go. Ill be offloading the teins after. Keep you posted
  8. Really? Rhdjapan sells the stune for about 850 aud +300 delivery. Similar pricing to the bc...
  9. Thanks all, On this subject, which is the better option out of the nismo s tune and bc br coilovers? Looking for a nice sporty ride with handling to suit. Not too firm, but not too mental either. This is the family wagon after all
  10. Last week i replaced the plugs in our m35 cos it ran like crap. Sure enough the electrode gap opened to almost 1.5 mm. And was blowing the boost out. Now it really hammers. Turns out the combo of hiflo turbo and turbo back exhaust cranks boost to 16 psi (installed new gauge too). But then 3 days later i go ahead and stack it on the way back from work. So now its in the panel shop
  11. If the height is std for a rsfour, thats ok. Am not looking for a drop. But i dont want to raise it either
  12. Will the arx set fit into the rsfour? We could arrange the swap... but bear in mind the rears could do with a rebuild
  13. Im in melbourne. Se suburbs specifically. What you got brick?
  14. Hi all, We've recently bought a m35 stagea which came with tein coilovers. Given that this is the family wagon, these coilovers are tricky to adjust for a nice ride, and may be due for a rebuild. I would prefer to replace it with the stock axis or rs4 suspension, or preferably the nismo aftermarket shocks and springs. Does anyone have any of the above for sale? Willing to pay for courier for the right parts. Thanks
