i have check all the fuse and all ok

thear is power to the fan

took the fan out and check it works fine

And will not drone like 3"

I was talking to a mate about exhaust.

His 200sx had. 3"from turbo to cat, 3"cat then go 3"for about 4"

Then split the pipe into 2*2 1/4 the rest of the way.

With 2 set of res he thinks it will work better on my line.

That style of set up.
