I'd consider selling my series 3 for the right price, but it's KR4 silver.
If I can offer any advice in your search, it's to ignore the kms on the cluster and inspect on condition. Cars with swapped clusters and suspect kms are so common it's not funny. -
Sell the hako cable separately?

What about taking a pic of the screws that hold the cluster in to see if there's signs of previous removal?? I.e scratches all over the screws would indicate its been removed at some point? Obviously this doesn't always mean someone has tampered with the odometer.

Sounds like you have dicks in your ears.
Some of the comments in this thread are hilarious.
Take a look at a dyno sheet from a mildly tuned Barra 4 litre, and you'll soon realise why they would smack an rb25 like a redheaded step daughter. All while making peak power at about half the revs of the rb25, and hold it to redline.

Cheers mate. Was just through MC Motorsport, though there was a group of guys there from a local club.

Absolutely loving this car. Completed a performance driving session here in Perth over the weekend. Gave me the opportunity to stretch its legs. Car performed flawlessly, though have notice it has a tendency to understeer. Might have to look into this a bit further.
Next step is to take it to a proper track and give it hell.

Asterisk means kms aren't accurate. Dare say the old owner probably has the original cluster with 100 or so clicks on it. Plus what your nismo cluster shows

What was the auction grade? Were log books mentioned on the auction sheet? Any asterisk or question mark beside the kms?

A very good read. You must have a lot of patience. Could not handle taking the car out and constantly worrying about what was going to happen next.
