Is hks bov plumb back or atmo? If atmo that is one of the reasons there is no rwc. Also many holes were cut to fit the fmic and was the reo cut as well?

and not sure haven't had a chance to have a look at it yet will be doing as soon as I can but if atmo then I'll just re plumb it or change it
