Meh,.. i dont like cops,. only when they pick on you,. sometimes its hard to imagine arguing with them,. you could never sometimes win.. abusing the force that they hold is what i hate.
but to be honest,. im sure they are just doing their job,. trying to make the road safer.
I may not like cops but that doesn't mean i hate them... like they say,. obay the law and everyone's happy.
you drive a defectable vehicle ( like myself,. gladly i never get pulled up ) and get pulled up,. then pay the price for not abiding with the law.. its just as simple.
Im glad to say,. my import days are over.. no more cautiously looking for any coppa's while cruising around..! i can simply drive my shit box everyday without worrying for a defect or impounding my supra.. YAY..!

i managed to have this sunday off--- well not really,. but i wont start till 6pm so i get to see this cruise on mooloolaba.... any of you guys lapping it sunday ?
i might do a couple,.. but more likely to park my car somewhere and just chill.

as usual i had to bail out early again -- copa pulled over paul in the white supra so i bailed home..LOL
4 points on my P's with defectable supra --- cop bait.
and i was starving so i went home had some feed but couldn't be bothered going out again.
but hey.. nice to meet some new faces.

it was a good nite out,.. seems to have a fair few cars out... nice to finally put faces on those people i only knew from the forums... shame i had to bail early as i was expecting some people tonite.

i suppose as long as you're not hooning around or anything... most popo that are out are the local ones who targets speeding and drink drivers,... haven't seen any hoon squad for awhile really., unless i have been pretty lucky.
i think though,. the WOW car park at wises road is a good spot... they have lights there and stuff... good for taking pictures.

I was wondering if anybody on here goes out cruising on a thursday nite ? and if they would be interested in a meet and greet kinda thing where we will try organise a bunch of cars in a car park and just chill out,. meet new people and maybe do some photoshoots of cars..?
i would like to see if i could gather enough interest to organise anything... i think it would be great putting the car scene back on the coast.

if anyone want to go and see 17dis run at it. we are going to willowbank raceway on the 8-8-07. was gonna take my car but then thought (save some dignity). i will be going with 17dis, however will prob have to pull out from uni obligations.
if anyone wants to come, meet at etamogah pub at 3pm. leaving at 3.15, no exceptions, if ur not there try to catch up.

sooon, i hope lol i just got new clutch to get put in this week, so il get that installed soon, then il have to wait till after jambo, need money for that weekend before i start saving for future mods.
i also have a shift light installed.. that counts as my mod too..LOL
i'll see you at the Jambo,. come watch 17DIS down the 1/4 mile... entering the street series.. should be fun.

man,. if only this cruise be on a satday day,. not nite as i gotta work... i woulda join you guys... i haven't been on a cruise for ages.. it'd be good to go up the mountains.. maybe cruise down maleny area.. that'd be awesome.

Heya,.. well,. the car is still at the shop in brisbane waiting for a harmonic balancer and then she's off for a tune.. alot has changed from the previous set up.
umm... when i get her back,. its going straight to get resprayed... complete colour change.
its been almost 5 months since i lost it,. and cant wait to get her back on the road. :sorcerer:

you know there are basic pin most tuner uses to lock them ecu..
0000 usually what they use.. u should try it.

actually they did an article on Autosalon magazine about these hi octane fuel ages ago and they tested BP / SHELL and Caltex and they find out that Caltex Vortex has about 98.5 while the rest are only 98ron.
but either way,.. they all work equally the same for me...although i use Vortex more often.
