[Geelong and no for the r33 swap. If im going to have r33 it will be mine. No offence.

Ok charged battery but parking llights remained on. Could not turn them off via light switch. Took out the fog lamp fuse and there off. Unless there is a fog light button somewhere, I must have a fault in the wiring from my son pulling on the light lever/switch?

Just wondering if anyone can tell me when a r33 s2 has a flat battery , do the parkers and dash panel lights. remain on when its to low to start? My son jumped in the car and not sure whether he left the lights on or has caused a fault by pulling on the light , indicator switch. The battery is definitely flat.

Oh and dude ive driven ones that have done 50 to 70 and they were clapped out been hammered. This one isnt. Guys like you make wonder wether its worth getting on these forums!!!!!!

As i said this car is in excellent condition . It was by far the best when I bought it including import dealers. I am building a house and the money would come in handy but I will keep it unless i sell close to this price. Why dont you send the same message to other private sellers because there are plenty around at that price. By a paper and magazine and check it out if you can read that is. Good luck on your serial sledging.

Rang them back today. Soon as I said Im not moving on price they werent interested. So yeah they obviously were hoping i was desperate for the cash. I personally think its a bit rude. They should have made their intentions clear in the first place. Werent very friendly on the phone either.

Thats what i thought. He wants me to take it there so he can look at it. Said as long as its a series 2 and has accessories, in good condition, he has a buyer ready to go.Wants me to take it up there in the next day or 2 . Hes pretty keen. I will sus it out more tomorrow

Hello just wondering if anyone can recommend a turbo specialist to work on my car. I am looking at Geelong side of Melbourne . I am from Geelong but there doesnt seem to be any decent places down hear.

I did as you said last weekend and it made a considerable difference. The car even sounded a bit different. Thanks for the info. A strange thing happened, my rear tyre was dead flat but after pumping it up it stayed up! they are 17 inch gtr rims. I guess it wasnt seated properly. I remember having to drive over large cobblestone road maybe that was the cause.

Looking at getting larger intercooler for my r33 gtst. I am told it makes a considerable difference. Can any one let me know if they have done it and how much difference it makes? Turbo specialist down my way says to put a proper r33 larger intercooler in it costing fitted around $1500. Does this sound right?are there other brands that will fit and may be better? Can you get them 2nd hand or would you be better with a new one? Any idea with the standard one would be worth anything 2nd hand?

Hi, I have an r33 gtst s2. I have only had it for nearly 2000kms driving. In that time Ive noticed a loss of power off the mark. Turbo seems fine it really kicks in, but just on initial take off. B4 the r33 i had a Vette so this sort of problem was easy to fix. Is there any way to tune this area. It had a service when I bought it, also the air filter was cleaned. Running BP ultra for the 1st time in it, after running it only on optimax.The tank was almost empty when I changed fuels, does it matter if there is a bit of a mix. Sorry bit new to all this, but definitely enjoying the r33 experience?

hi, New to skyline owner have a r33 gtst using optimax. The exhaust fumes are very strong and different to normal. Is this normal. Is there a better fuel option for the turbo engine as far as high octane goes?

This is all fairly new to me is 8,10, 12 mm thread size( diameter). So it should be compatible with m gearstick shouldnt it.

Hello, Im looking at buying a Razo GT Advance shifter knob. It says they suit 8mm, 10mm, 12mm transitions. Can someone tell me if this would suit my r33 gtst series 2?

Hello again, thanks for the info on gear boot. Just purchased r33 and doing tidy up. Now I have to fit mesh on the front gtr spoiler themain larger area. The 2 small outside ones are ok they seem to have a flat area where the mesh can screw into. The larger area doesnt have any flat areas to attatch the mesh. Am I going to have to drill a couple of small holes in the spoiler and put on small l shape brackets on inner side of spoiler so it can screw on? Or is there another way ?
