    Hello SAU,

    The time has come to part with my beloved 2003 Skyline V35 premium, 6-speed manual coupe in Carribean blue. I personally imported this vehicle from Japan in June 2008 and have enjoyed its company ever since. I am selling only due to an offer on a Phantom Black Audi RS5 which I couldn't refuse.

    The car comes with the standard 350GT fare, plus the Premium options, such as:

    • Retractable factory TV screen
    • Leather/seude seats
    • 6-stack in-dash CD
    • Premium BOSE Audio
    • MiniDisc stacker ( :rolleyes:)
    • Factory spoiler
    • Factory reversing camera (rare)

    The car has also enjoyed some light modifications, including:

    • Stainless steel exhaust (with a nice, loud note)
    • Motordyne plenum spacer
    • 350Z intake
    • Whiteline sway bars
    • EBC Yellow Stuff brake pads
    • GReddy Emanage Pro, tuned by Chasers, to a conservative 173rwkw (dyno readout attached).

    The car is sitting with approximately 92,000km on the odometer, and the Victorian registration is paid until June 2014.

    I am looking for $20,000, ono, for this sweet, sweet ride. Plates are not included, unless your name is also Max and you make a great offer.

    This car is mechanically perfect (AFAIK), and the interior is in good condition for its age. Externally, the only obvious fault is a ~10cm dent on the passenger-side, just in front of the rear wheel (thanks to my darling wife :/) and a few scuffs on the wheels. I believe the price I'm asking reflects this damage, but I'm open to discussion if you think otherwise.

    Will post some more photos, including interior shots + dent, during the week. If you don't like the loud exhaust, I should be able to retrieve the standard one as well.

    There have been a few threads on ECUs in general, but I haven't seen any answers to these:

    1. Does anyone know if the US 350Z/G35 TurboXS UTEC is compatible with the JDM 350GT?
    2. If so, does anyone know who tunes them in Melbourne?

    I love the look of the car, and would be so very interested if not for the 30,000 extra kms over mine (and I'd have to swap out my plenum spacer and exhaust).

    You obviously have your reasons, but why couldn't you just swap out the suspension and seats and keep the rest of the great vehicle? Surely the body bits wouldn't be affecting your back?

    My goal is to have a Pro Tuner in Melb by end of March 2010.

    Sounds excellent - I am most interested in a local tuner. Would it mean we still purchase Osiris directly from UpRev or from the local tuner (wary of the usual USD-AUD crazy markups, especially with the strong dollar at the moment)?

    From your enquiries, is there any reason we couldn't buy the Tuner version of Osiris and use it on our cars already (not that I am saying I would be able to tune it). Is it currently compatible with JDM cars or will the software need modifications?

    Near when i first bought (exhaust, panel filter, tube, ground kit) - 131rwkw @ ISMR

    Located and fixed overheating issue

    Middle of ownership (exhaust, panel flter, tube, ground kit, HKS plugs, nismo thermostat, spacer) - 170rwkw @ ISMR

    Just recently (ECU reflashed and rev limiter raised) - 182rwkw @ SAS

    Car felt progressively/proportionately faster as i fixed the heat issue and added more mods. It's decent speed now, i'm very happy with it. I don't find myself thinking how i could make it faster anymore really.

    Now it's more braking power i need.

    Edit - 182rwkw run also had gramlights on rear, a bit lighter than the factory 18"s. Even though they are wider and have larger tires on.

    What did you reflash with?

    MaXiMuS007 have you got one of these exhausts??

    Yeah I have one of these and it is super loud under throttle or under load, but it's not bad when you are cruising. I got used to it after a week or so. It sounds really mean but it's not for everyone.
