  1. "Well, the best plan would be to swap the car out for a stagea for the next 18 years " Nope !!! No way!! Never!!! We will mostly be using another car this is just for once a week or other rare occasions Most the suspenion on eBay are 10kg front 8kg rear that's seems hard as I read std is 2.4 rear and 4kg front I found a fella selling std shocks new just need to get the right springs and I'm set now Adding spring rate to my search has yielded lots of posts so I think I can work it from here thanks for your help
  2. I haven't any idea whats in there it's black and has nothing on it I can see, some mobile mechanic put it in a 10 years back I want the softest spring rate at std ride hight, I was just going to order what the seller recommends and blindly hope for the best. I only want to spend $800 or so cause its coming back as soon as the baby seat comes out!
  3. Hi all I'm a new member first post thanks for letting me join! I've had my skyline since 98 and don't want to sell as we love it to much, but where havin a baby so I've installed all the baby friendly parts again in it no worries now I need to swap out my 30mm lower than legal height super hard suspension with something higher and more forgiving, was looking at eBay ones but I'm not sure what the ride will be like on each particular one, if someone could point me in the right direction that would be awsome. All the forums go the other way so not much to go on
