  1. the r34gtt's with the 310 rotors will fit, i have them on my axis. they had restrictors that i pulled out, cut the dust plate, and took a bit off the bottom of the hub. all good.

  2. so did my first afm after owning for year and a half, luckly had one of scottys sitting in the glovebox waiting for the day it expires. so thought i'd get another (just in case),can anyone tell me is there a difference between 22680-ad21a afm and a 22680-6n21a afm, I have both here and they look exactly the same.

  3. I just replaced mine 2 days ago,the part number is 16400-4m405 strainer assembly (same as scotty quoted)

was easy job, about 1/2 hr, watch out for the pressure in the fuel line when you take them off (will spray a fair distance.) and yes (again scottys right) the screws will strip easy if not careful (did one myself :P)

  4. will try what you said jetweck and see what results happen, the missing comes and gos at the moment

with no regularity. Another problem at the moment, my partner took it to work yesterday and

now when it kicks down gears to accelerate it feels juddery (sort of like when a silvia hits the rev limiter(not as harsh),it not on the limiter though :P), like it wants to accelerate hard but somethings blocking it from accelerating hard, it does still accelerate though. Is going to Nissan on Monday to see what the consult brings up. thanks guys for any help.

  5. hi guys, have an autech axis m35 thats been giving me the shits (majorly). replaced gearbox now has a miss, the engine is showing no codes. im going to change the fuel filter, i'd like to know what walbro pump to use and i will change that aswell. scotty you know about this cars gearbox problems as chris and kolby have been ringing you, could you(scotty) pm me your phone number or ring me on 0408098957 as i have some questions and you are the guru. cheers

  6. its here at last in the driveway after a long wait, and doesn't disappoint, looks great, go's all-right (always needs more power).

it sounds like a hoover though, needs exhaust.

shiftkit ordered and on the way (big thanks to footo)

brother over in melborne picking up intercooler for it.

    happy days ;))))

  7. maybe this - Theres a ten mm bolt(I think ten mm) at the front left side of the head behind the inlet manifold. Is a real bitch to get out with manifold on, I replaced mine with an allens key head one after doing head gasket to make easier in future.

  8. that sounds like a go footo, i'm in mt richon(upperclass Armadale. lmao), when mine gets here I will give u a pm, i'd like to see

what you've done and gather info about the stag (I don't need much inspiration to modify ;) ).

so another project to add to my list, partner will be happy :whistling:

  9. thanks for the answer, how many mods can I do before I need to look at engine management?,

say intercooler, inlet, exhaust, what about aftermarket turbo do they make Bolt-on upgrades, are the

turbos like my s13 just buy a hks gtrs or 2871 and no probs. I haven't had a good look at a vq

engine yet so still learning. any help greatly appreciated, also still like to know the differences apart

from looks that the axis has. cheers

  10. hanging out to get it then i will start modifing, proberlly

with trans cooler, intake, dump and cat (cant put big exhaust because my partner dos'nt like it too loud)

and thinking about shift-kit (wish they did a manual). has any-one made after-market manifolds yet?

Might do a blow-off valve aswell, dose the vq have the same problem as the series 1 rb if venting to atmosphere (stalling)?

  11. 2 at an importers straight after I find one over east. dammmmmm! would be a lot easier to buy one here.

I've never seen any axis in wa yet even on the stagea cruises I used to go on (while ago now though).
