Regency defects
I'm super new to this sort of thing and this forum . My car was regency defected a few months ago and I've decided I can't justify keeping it nor fixing it at the moment. I've advertised to sell it as a parts car. I have someone interested whom just mentioned they want to put it back on the road and give regency a go.
where do I stand here? Can I get in trouble for selling it to them? How will they go passing it out of my hands because I legally can not sign the car over. What do I do?
