  1. I found a supplier for an arm in NZ. https://thrashgaragenz.com/products/nissan-skyline-v35-z33-350z-front-lower-straight-arm-rh-side?srsltid=AfmBOopMdfCFDc_8yVZZ9kq5nIngPHRTBzUU8v4SAptJaRO52Wjs0bC6 I looked closely at the photo of that one and the Z1 arm, and it's the same bloody arm. Scratches all match in the photo 😂 How hard is it to change that joint? Also they seem to be listing two options https://thrashgaragenz.com/products/nissan-skyline-v35-z33-350z-front-lower-straight-arm-balljoint-rh-side?_pos=1&_sid=229acde44&_ss=r And now I have no idea what size I'd need yay
  2. Hey crew, Failed my WOF cause of a lower control arm, and I've decided to hit both arms, and also the compression rods at the same time(seems they're gonna be the most likely upcoming failure points from some discussions with the lads over on the G35 reddit). I've looking at these form Z1: https://www.z1motorsports.com/front-suspension/hayaku-automotive/hayaku-g35-front-compression-rod-p-40716.html https://www.z1motorsports.com/front-suspension/hayaku-automotive/hayaku-g35-front-lower-control-arm-p-40674.html I asked Z1 if they'd work as it's the same platform, just RHD vs LHD. I basically got told "Lol dunno". Specifically they aren't aware of any difference but can't guarantee fitment as they haven't done it on a 350GT. So guess I'm asking is if there is any issues with using 2005 G35 coupe suspension parts on a 2005 350GT coupe? Orginally I thought it could be something in the way of the arms that each control arm is designed to be positioned around, but that'd be an engineering nightmare for Nissan needing two different shaped control arms 😅
  3. Oooof that would've been nasty. Trying to avoid any pain here lmao. But yeah seems it's best to pull one of each rotor and check 😮‍💨
  4. Cheers man! Good to find fellow like mined V35 lovers. Definitely rocking twin piston. And that's a huge pain with vendors. Crud now I'm worried. I ordered pads from Z1. Hawk Performance. They did say it'd fit the twin pistons though so hoping they'll be fine. Would any 2005+ work? I think a tour or track version existed at some point so I'm imagining some variations won't do the job. Edit: Scratch that, saw they had different sizes 😅 Question about how the sizing works. So for these https://www.supercheapauto.co.nz/p/dba-street-t2-slot-kp-nissan-350z-05--f-/SPO7423864.html?cgid=SCN01080117&vid=OBmEBn9ZtK3rMhgNDCxRgA%3D%3D#vid=OBmEBn9ZtK3rMhgNDCxRgA%3D%3D&start=3 They say 320mm, so they should do the job. However I'm confused on the 11/2004 --> portion.
  5. Hey guys, first post here. I've tried digging around on American forums but I keep finding conflicting information. I was looking at replacing my brake pads until I noticed something had cut a groove into two rotors, and then noticed another one had decent wear I'm looking to replace my front and rear rotors, but the sizing keeps changing between places. Places like Supercheap auto list the sizing as 326mm for front Brembo, 320mm or 296mm for normal and 292 at the rear. However one American forums lists 12.6(320.04mm) at the front and 12.1(307.32mm) at the rear. At this point I'm completely clueless on which size is correct and all I can think of is pulling a rotor from the front and back and just measuring it. Any info would be appreciated.
