[M35 Rear glass boot / trunk access]

Rear glass boot opening has stopped working. Wondering if anyone else has experience on fixing. 
idk if it’s trigger / button electronics or other. 
any advise appreciated.

this makes perfect sense. 
my car came with the inverter option, I had no idea what else could’ve been optioned & couldn’t find it in the supplied manuals anywhere. 
I reckon it was most definitely bypassed, I’ve never had to use it.

Located next to headlight level switch. Can’t find any info on it. 
I’ve flipped through all the manuals & scoured the forum but still at a loss.

Just picked up an M35, nice & stock - rough around the edges but great starting point. $5K w’ 300k’s on the clock.

Big wagon fan, had an RS turbo oz delivered manual wagon years ago - kick myself for ever parting with it.
