cheers
-

not sure if this is the correct area to post this but im thinking of respraying my R32 skyline and im just wondering where some good respray places are that do quality jobs for a reasonable price. Any info or previous experiences will be helpful.

Hey,
What about if a female driver of a green MR2 who was wreckless&immature, spun her wheels whilst taking off from the side of a road onto a hwy (where there was gravel on the side) flicked up gravel stones all down the side of another car chipping the paint and shattering the drivers door window? Is she responsible by law? there were multiple wittnesses, and photos taken of damage straight away as evidence.
the owners name was Sarah, so if anyone knows her or her green Toyota MR2 non turbo targa top, let me know so i can pass the info on.
Cheers

kings park is good for a picnic/bbq but i dont think ppl go there for a cruise, too many bumps as sneeza said, and not that interesting except for the main strip (view). hills cruises will always be my fav.

Busky2k,
any recommended guides you have found highly useful for setting it up properly??? im no expert at tuning, so will prob only continue down this path if i can find some good guide manuals ect or i can find someone (in Perth) willing to give me a hand and assist... anyone? :-)

quite a varied response, but for $300 practically new, the question i have to answer is should i give it a go? im thinking yes, can always sell it for that price right? seems decent price to me anyway
-
HKS EVC2 or 3 (only cos its cheaper)
haha thanks, price isnt really an issue, cos i can get the apexi 2nd hand for $300 practically new

hi all,
just about to get a boost controller for my r32 gtr and wondering what type is most suitable? based on functionality, performance and just general compatibility.
Am thinking about the Apexi avc.
Let me know what thoughts/suggestions you have
thanks

the boost restrictor in my 32gtr was removed b4 i brough my car. running 12psi and holds it really well, according to the dyno graph/
i dont think it is too hard to remove, i have a guy that worked at an import spare parts place that owned a gtr show me what to do.
ya just have to find the hose it is in and squeeze behind it until it come out the end or replace the hose if u wanna keep the restrictor in the hose for any reason
ah ok cool thanks
yeh i think ill just have a play with it this weekend.
are the any negatives though with regards to taking it out? cos obviously it wouldnt be worth putting back in (too much trouble)
wow about 12psi, i was told after taking it out i would get only about 10psi, which was still better than stock 7

hey all,
Thinking about taking out the boost restrictor on my r32 gtr until i save enough money and can actually get around to getting an EBC for full range control. Any pros/cons? thoughts?
Have many ppl done this before?
I am aware it sits in the vacuum line, but is it easy to get to and remove...?
thanks

1991 Nissan Skyline R32 Gtr
in For Sale (Private Whole cars only)

well for a start xskape, whilst i agree with you that it does seem very low... would usually only expect old show cars to be at that figure, i would be certain it does would not have been doing anywhere near 15000km/yr (i persume your immature mind meant 15000 rather than 15km). most japanese cars are used far less than australian due to their dense populations and high road costs, not to mention articulate public transport means.
I myself bought a r32 gtr, it had its timing belt changed shortly before selling (as the jap owner provided proof).
All jap cars come with a lot lower kms than any aussie clown would expect, but i havent had a single issue with mine mechanically, so as long as you trust the seller, it probably is legit, if not close to the truth
