don't know if you guys have noticed but i'm selling some parts in 'FOR SALE' because the interests i've had in my car aren't as great as i expected... car is still on the market but i'm not so desperate to sell it anymore... i've got quite a few plans for it and if it doesn't sell within the next two weeks i've got some huge plans for it... might involve bank assistance though but you guys know how it is, if you've got the car there + plans + time = workshop basically, car isn't getting offers tempting enough to let it go so i'll do what i first intended to do with the car cheers, Andrew

i have a Blitz SUS... sounds absolutely awesome, seriously... does the job too i guess in regards to turbo timer, what do you want it to do...? keep your car running for a tiny while to let the turbo and engine cool down right? all timers do the same thing in theory, me and m brother both have invisible ones interfaced with the alarm... key out, engine still running... one/two minute(s) later engine off... they all do the same job mate, which one looks nicer in the car? my2c Andrew

my post just disappeared... anyone that's interested i'm interested... who cares if they're illegal, no stress man if you get yellowed just swap over to a stock one if they are covered in CF but not CF they wouldn't be illegal, in saying that if you want the vented look just get a FG one... i had one for my 180SX and combined with a kit (had Vertex on my 180SX) just makes it that much so damn nicer you know let me know what you guys think Andrew

+1 sounds like the most reasonable explanation
-
if someone has a reasonable offer then yeah i'm selling the car... BUT i'll be doing things slowly if nobody buys yet ie. FMIC, BOV, MBC and also probably different kit + paint and some interior goodies etc. you guys know how it is, for now though i've had some offers that aren't tempting enough so i might play with the car until i see a cash offer i'll be ringing a few workshops tomorrow eh
-
umm... quite umm... wow those turbo's look humungous haha good job dude, can't wait to see it on the street
-
lol guy is the one that is after suspension... i have mine in yet i have no f*cking clue what type os setup it is *shakes head* god i'm useless... alright wel i'm set about getting the BOV and MBC in, i'm also thinking (and hope all you guys out there can help me with this one)... my car is due for it's major service (100,000km's) so should i save up some $$$ and get the FMIC and get all 3 (FMIC, BOV and MBC) all in at once then tune it at the same time with my major service and has ANYONE got ANY idea as to how much this will cost and how much longer i can drive my car until i SERIOUSLY need to change the stuff for the major service...?!?! danny at imports101 changed a lot of my stuff around before he sent the car to the pits, only things he said i needed to change was the timing belt and i think that's it, all the filters and coolers and fluids and everything were already done i think around 8,000km's ago... never mind, any idea how much my mechanical desires will set me back? rough estimate is okay, will go to danny i think for the major service and fitting of all that stuff cheers, Andrew

lol Honda = best japanese motor manufacturer IMHO my respect for them will always be of the highest regard... Civic's etc. are ricers generally (Bar Type R... will also include non Type-R Integra in that comment) and S2000 + NSX help Honda push that rice burner title aside... i relate Rice with Show Pony lol my2c love honda's Andrew

hey guys, thanks for the kind advice... guy, everything's always easy isn't it? haha so how about that suspension? i don't think i can live without my suspension man! umm... matty, i'll send you a pm... i can't afford $88 an hour right now especially for a job like this so i'm sure me and you can work something out... if anybody else out there has any nice words they'd like to say you're more than welcome to, please do so... Andrew

guys..! i have a manual boost controller and a GFB BOV... and i do NOT know how to fit them, was wondering if anybody out there would want to do it for me in exchange for a couple of brewies or $$$ and if nobody can do that or can be bothered to do it tell me how much it will cost at a workshop? also, my GT-T has a standard boost gauge, would i have to get one that runs over 1 bar to use the boost controller more efficiently and are there any problems if i use the standard one? (reason i ask this i think stock i'm running 7psi but i wish to run at around 12psi...) the BOV apparently has to get welded on to my engine too, it's just the trumpet thing and i don't have an aftermarket cooler SO... any suggestions out there? for those that don't know me i'm not the most literate person mechanially all advice will be genuinely appreciated, thank you Andrew

maybe you should have just bought my R34 with no problems take it to an auto electrician dude, they'll sort you out

i also tightened my lock nuts today, they were already tight as so it's obvious it's not them and i'm also pretty sure it's not my brake pads, they have heaps of life left in them!!!

hey guys i need some major help... (i posted this in mechanical but nobody is helpful at all) anyways... here goes: every time i drive, EVERY TIME... whether it be slight acceleration to soft and/or hard braking AND when i go on soft bumps i hear this strange squeaking sound coming from my right hand side... let me try to explain it a tiny bit better... it's like a squeaking/squealing/whistling sound that is related to bumps in the road like also similar to when a tyre is flat but the flat tyre can be heard on a stand still... this is only heard when car is in motion and has been like this for around a week now i HAD an idea that it could be one of my air screw things because i only have 3 out of the 4 on my wheels so one of my wheels is missing the air screw thing (you know, the one you take off to pump air into the tyres) yeah and thought it was that, i changed it from the back to the front (still on the right hand side) and didn't notice a difference in the volume, in saying that i haven't changed it to the left but i don't think it could be that either... it's also a similar sound to where your locknuts are loose and the further you drive the looser they get, they have that weird metal on metal scraping sound... i've checked my nuts, they seem to be quite tight (LOL that sounded quite funny but please keep the jokes to yourself) so i don't think it's them either... ANYBODY have a theory they can throw at me? i am just hoping it's not my suspension or my wheels as i suspect and that i just seriously don't want to find myself losing a wheel on the freeway or whatever during peak etc. well losing my wheel or having my car fall flat on its hole because of it... any guidance would be insanely appreciated, i'm stressing here! cheers, Andrew P.S: i have an unknown suspension setup, car was brought from japan basically as is, yet to find out what suspension it has... ta
