  1. Yeah thats what i was thinking, plus i'm guessing i have to pay more for a 4 stud pattern for the N/A R33.

i heard someone tell me there was a lil thing you could put that converts it to a 5 stud.. not sure..

There prolly is a little thing, but that little thing x 4 will cost you the same difference between 5 and 4 pattern... IMO, could be wrong

  2. I was just up there at EXTREME he was putting a mad set of rims on an R34GTR I just sat there staring at it lol they are hot cars. Have you thought of what rims you want on your car yet???

Not really sure yet mate. Just started looking for em. I don't really like anything too chromy/flary.

I don't mind a bit of chrome dish with a golden shadow crhrome center, or a black center. For some reason, these ones from Tempe tyres have caught my eye. :O

  4. Thanks for the hints guys, I think I'm still sticking to my initial instinct regarding the relay. I suppose an auto electrician is the way to proceed. I just thought its something that people have experienced before. I know electricals are tricky at times, like chasing a ghost in the machine.

    Thanks again.

  5. Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone found them selves in a similar situation to me and may be give me a hint at what it was.

Anywho, after trying to start my car, I noticed that the car started without any probs, but all the electricals inside and outside including the deck, instruments, cabin lights, brake lights, etc did not work. The only thing that worked was the far light and the high beam (separate circuit I presume).

The first thing I though of was fuse, so I get out my voltmeter, ready to start checking. After testing the brake lights and pumping the brake for a while everything just came back on suddenly (coincidence me thinks). So I'm a bit stupefied and it has only happened once more in the past 2 weeks.

So I'm assuming it could be a stuck relay switch somewhere, or somethin similar.

A friend of mine was having a wild guess that the computer turned everything off for some reason - but we don't give too much credit to that theory.

    Any advice / similar problems.

    Appreciated!

    :P

  6. I have seen this thread some weeks back and being a recent GTR buyer I decided to check it out. I opened the boot a few times and then I shook it around ... nothing. Having breathed a sigh of relief I left the poor thing alone and stopped messing with its back side.

Two days later however I opened the boot again and lo and behold Niagara falls inside my wing, bloody wombat tails says I. What a silly problem to have. Almost as common as the door foam on Nissans scratching the driver side window. So please +1 GTR to the water in the spoiler count.

In fact we should probably get a counter going, admin ... :D
