and has since closed down the known facebook page. Would love for karma to catch up with this dude one day....

I have a newly refurbished 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 937m2 flat block for rent in Bundamba (near Ian Boetcher car yard), available from Saturday 21st December 2013 on a 6 to 36 month lease option (the rent won't go up during this time), currently fully furnished with the yard maintenance & water included for $330/week. If you would like to move on it, I use the RTA standard tenancy agreement form and require 4 weeks rent for bond ($1,320.00) which is lodged with the RTA, and rent needs to be paid fortnightly (2 weeks in advance).

Cane sofa outdoor day bed, purchased recently but doesn't suit my outdoor area as well as I thought it would

Shadow of my former-self, would like to get back to where I was, will take some time though, at the moment I just have no passion for lifting, and when something that's supposed to be enjoyable becomes a chore, why do it at all. The bug will bite again, it always does, just get sidetracked with other stuff in life every now and then etc.

Built myself a small setup for home. As much as I'd like to train at PTC Brisbane, it just wasn't working for me to get their after work multiple times a week.

Mobile phone with touch screens, I reckon have to be one of the most disgusting surfaces people touch these days *shudders*. Think about this as well, when last did you clean your touch screen? Most of us would not, unless a bit of a wipe if it gets wet etc, crazy.
