mate, i would build it myself except i dont own a welder, and have never welded before, so i assume a home welder would be suffice. they dont need to be a professional either. yeah i never really looked close at what i thought was a bend but it isnt so it wouldnt be needed. i can either get the tubing myself, or if it was someone who could it cheap through their work and just wanted a cash job to do.

Hey guys, well i decided i need to get around to getting this thing made. So im after someone who wants a cash job on welding up some framing that has their own welder and tools for cutting, bending some square tubing. It doesnt need to be professional but decent at least. if anyone is interested just let me know how much you think you'd do it for please. Or if your a welder and can get a hold of some square tubing as well let me know a total price Something along these lines im after, thanks

yeah i did mean the internal hex head on the head studs, what do other people do when they encounter this problem?

yeah i did think the same thing to but that means i'd have to go buy a 11mm allen key socket and i havent seen them sold seperately anywhere really, and i wouldnt want to try smash it in there and make it worse. but i will try it, thanks.

It's all good mate, I wasn't offended... But yeah like I said I got them all off with no problems at all except the last one as it was already a little stripped from a previous owner, I just made it worse. I'd use an easy out but it's still torqued to the block.

It's an Allen key socket that the head studs use which I rounded. I understand what your saying about some people shouldn't do engine work, but I'm fine doing it mate. Is there anyone else who's had this problem and fixed it at home?

hey guys i was pulling down a spare engine and got to the last head stud and i kinda made it worse and stripped it, so its now rounded where the hex socket go's (i had no problem getting the others out at all). So i need help on what to do to get the still torqued head stud stud out, i have stud extractors but dont think they will work, and i only have the basic tools in the garage you could say to use. i tried googling and no real help there with it, only saying to drill it and it should make a 'pop' sound and you can get it out then? Thanks

yeah but you cant play online and be jail broken due to the firmware only working on 3.41 and lower... you need to be on the most recent sony firmware for online... and there is no way to downgrade your firmware if your on 3.42 or 3.5. and medal of honour is the first game that wont work on jailbroken ps3's due to requiring version 3.42 or higher

yeah i was thinking the same thing, 1 seems alot easier than 100 to go through customs... I am starting to miss playing online though now, might have to buy another ps3 now for online gaming :-(

no, i have the teensy board when they first came out. And yeah i know they are illegal in australia but im pretty sure you can get it past customs pretty easy...
