  1. If you want a hint of advice. Send the police a letter saying the speed zone was incorrect blah blah blah.

They will then send you a letter saying "Thanks, we're investigating it, we'll get back to you. The infringement process has stopped during our investigation"

This will take about 1-2 months.

They will then send you a letter back saying "No it wasn't, here's your fine, now go pay it"

So pay it. By then you might have gotten a few points back. It's worth the effort to not lose your license for 3 months I'd say.

Today is my last day to pay the fine so I'm not sure if that's the best idea. Anyway I was pulled over by cops on the spot so I'm not so sure I could make that claim right? I just went during my lunch break then to pay it otherwise that letter thing did sound like a good idea though... suppose I should have seek advise on this sooner but oh well, it's all done now :'(

  2. Hey guys I have a Final Notice traffice infringement due today (this is the 2nd slip of paper sent in the mail). Now the thing is I get points back on Sept 24th, enough that I wouldn't lose my licence by paying this fine. My question is after the Final Notice fine what do they send next? Another increased fine which says pay or loss of licence or something? Or do they just take your licence straight off you at this point for non-payment or something like that?

Please comment out of experience/fact if possible and not conjecture, thanks for your assistance all.

  3. The first leg of the cruise was great but we didn't know many people and got bored hanging around the South Street traino (bus stop?) so we bailed for bubble tea in northbridge.

That was my first SAUWA cruise and if you didn't pick it up I was driving the midnight purple 32 with the FROOZOG plates.

Edit: I'll probably put up pics of my pig after the URAS bodykit goes on.

  4. Depending on who you're with I believe normally they just won't fix those items, they won't be covered by the insurance and they may reduce the amount of compensation but I can't imagine they would void the insurance.

They don't usually seem to have a problem with mods as long as you let them know of mods you make and their value so they may accordingly adjust your premium :)
