yep my rb20det makes 208rwkw @18psi plenum is only 3'' thick bolted to the orignal lower runners.currently makeing one that is like a gtr one will post pics when finished .all plenums have bellmouthed runners on the inside to improve flow and stop leaning out in the rear 2 cylinders

provideing you can control the thing from pinging have done a few 25s but timeing isues always pop up but you should be ok with these mods you have .

new reco rb20det gear box with heavy duty bearings and short shifter
reco diff disc to disc with spool 3.9.1ratio

EDIT: Russ if you can give some more info on a few things like: big turbo (brand/make) size and age, what button clutch is it and its pressure rating, what upgrades to the fuel system has been made, pump, FPR, is the ECU stock or chipped/remapped then you wont have 1000000 questions asking about them
Also if you have some pics post it up as a mate is keen already
