Its a single spark plug motor The old motor was a NICS and the new one i think is a NCCS Yes i am using the correct ECU if thats going to come up =)

Hey guys i need some help, I have a 1987 HR31 GT Passage Series 1 I have put a fresh engine in it coz of the old one being tired and smokey. The only engine i could get a hold of was a HR31 Series 3 motor. The engine is in and all ready to go, but i have a problem with the loom. Everything is hooked up apart from where the loom hooks up to the car, the ignition i think, and the plugs are different and the wire colours are totally different. Any idea what i can do? Thanks in advance. Its a RB20DET if that makes any difference, and so was the old motor.
