  1. my boss has a garrett turbocharger bolted to a tomei manifold but the manifold has only three outlets. so im guessing its off a twin turbo configuration.

    all the garrett tells me is...on the compressor housing- M24

    on the exhaust housing- 64' 428-2 then somewhere else it says TRB19

    is there anyway of finding out what turbo it is from these numbers???

    oh and its internally gated if that makes any difference, cheers

  2. old boy wants a new car, im barking up the evo tree and doing some research on which gearbox will be better, h pattern or twin clutch SST

    question is, will the SST handle big power in the future??

    have people had experiences with producing big horsepower through a semi-automatic (whatever u wanna call it) gearbox???

  3. dude, buy a POS nissan pulsar or corolla for now (how about a ke70??? still rwd fun, and there getting VERY popular at the moment) can pick one up for $1000-$2000. and there a basic car to work on which will give you good experience for when the skyline comes along. and it wont be a big deal if you crash it (and there will be times when u come close to incidents/crashes, everyone has them)

    chuck some old school jap wheels on there, stiffer springs and it will go til' the cows come home

    u definately have to stage your cars capabilities as you get more experience, otherwise u'll kill yourself

    for example:

    1st- ke70

    2nd- r33 gtst :(

    3rd- r3x gtr/evo

    4th- some feckin off chops thing :devil:

  4. I have used this before it is the worst tasting thing in the world, does give serious pumps though.

    yeah you definately gotta get the right flavour, i'm onto my third tub and this is definately the best flavour (orange). as a matter of fact im about to have a glass now, pump250 + chest/shoulders= sore as buggery tomorrow

  5. check all your vaccum lines in your engine bay too see if they've split cracked, usually they are pretty worn out in r32's being how old the little gems are

    check for exhaust leaks (cracks in exhaust, ie on exhaust manifold where it gets really hot)

    clean afm sensor with AFM/MAF cleaner (repco sells it)

    other than that cant think of anything else at the moment

  6. anyone on superpump250?

    its pre-workout powder that tastes absolutely horrible (except orange flavour) but gets you pumped and motivated before you work out. you even find you push just that extra more out aswell, your muscles dont get tired as easy.

    you have about 2 scoops with water and around 20 minutes later your blazing!

    whats he trying to say? 300rwkw out of a turbo motor is fake compared to 300rwkw out of a NA v8??? dyno's dont lie, 300rwkw is 300rwkw.

    he probably thinks just because a v8 sounds like its "making a whole" 300rwkw then a "hissing" jap motor mustn't be because it doesnt sound like it is.

    mate all i can put it down too is ignorance of your cousin, he's one sided, always will be, because he's never known any better

    be the better man and say to him "yeah v8's are decent" (coz they are) "but jap engines are also good and thats what floats my boat"

    in my opinion im glad he's into 8's, one less dickhead to give us a bad name. lol (in all respect)
