He should get his car back because he paid for it. BUT the question is has he learned from it, lets face it he's a teen he still thinks life is a playstation game. Once he gets his car back he should be taken to an advanced driving course within 1 month and given a very graphic video of crash victims. Sadly it just isn't going to happen like that. I hope he learns a lesson without hurting someone else.
