when you change gear it like slows down heaps. enough to push your head forward and then accellarationg out of a ger is sooooo slow. its like a commodore 4 speed auto but 6 speed..... i hate it

this guy was going to buy an R33 gt-r. bad mistake in getting the mr2. its a pile of shite. not entirely - it corners so well, but lacking ALOT of power and the tiptronic is awful.

yeah - there was a plate that covered the whole pad, then a s.s. plate that covered half it and then a little clip on one end...

just ordering some rear pads now.... ebc blacks. 80bux - same as bendix....

would 345mm rotors fit? i could *possibly* source some AP racing rotors and 6 piston calipers...

pads took about 1hr to do with the shitty wind-up jack and having to g-clamp all the pistons back

yeah i did. ive been abusing them a little tonite and they only squeal on light breaking but i still think the rears are the culprit...

yeah - i did 2 soft brakes from 70 -> 0. and then 6 hard ones from 100 -> 70.

hey - i put ebc pads in the front and i can still hear a squeal - i think its the rear coz it sounds like the exact same squeal.... what do you rekon? and how should have i bed them in?

not sleepy - my sleep pattern is all out....

aint put it on dyno yet. its a freak tho. you can have your foot to the floor in second and when it hits 4500rpm (boost steps up from 5psi to 8) it breaks traction too... scared me when it did it - wasnt expecting it.... thats was after cleaning the cooler pipes and new plugs and reset of ecu.

mate - i can probably get you a nismo timing belt and 2 x nismo tensioner bearings... not cheap tho' - about 700

it *just* keeps pace with alot of skyrines running 12psi boost etc. so i dont know whats going on. my mech. says its a very strong motor to. hmmmmm might check the turbo out soon. and it only runs 8psi boost too.....

mate - i rekon its got a modded turbo and ecu in it...

ive cleaned everything and replaced alot of things like filters and plugs and today i threw in some motul oil and new filter etc... the engine revs heaps better with the motul.

paul - my car seems to be getting more an more powerful with every little bit of maintenance i do.

lol. wet road - no. and tyres are about 2mm from the markers and they are 265/35/18

and a proton wanted to race me up a very steep hill. lol. i managed to hit the speed limiter near the top which was nice....

wheelspin into 3rd thats what. it was stepping hard to one side at the rear. not forgetting my beast is basically stocko...

something strange happened to me tonite. i was racin a 180 and i was getting a little wheelspin into 3rd!!
