scott, brief summary of results of intake temp tests:
Ambient temp was 17deg.
cruising at 100km/h
pod=15deg
afm=15deg
engine bay=35
cruising in surfers, around 45km/h (heat soak set in and didnt get worse)
pod=35deg
afm=37deg
engine bay=55
pulling up after cruising at 100km/h:
2 minutes to reach heat soak as shown in above (surfers cruise)
and it takes 7 minutes to get rid of it.....
idle on turbo timer:
pod=40deg
afm=45deg
engine bay=60deg
i take my car to no-one else but him. i live about 1.5 hours drive from his place. ive taken my car to 4 places, 3 of them f**ked up the work they did and gavin was the 4th bloke i went and saw and im very happy with them...
shes so funny. to look at her, you wouldnt think she was into cars, but when she was telling me about the conversion, she was like ' yeah, im gonna use a power fc and throw some forgies in it and turn the boost up..... '.
lol. theres a bus on telly thats a centrelink office and it has computers and mobile 2 way broadband satellite. i wish i had that in my car so i could whore when im driving
i left the bolts black and thats what will set them apart from nearly everyone elses. i rekon it looks better too. i'll get some good pics of the car next weekend hopefuly.....
