  1. I think I'm the whitest person in this thread. I burn the minute I walk outside.

Mmmm i would like to contest that title. I burned on Friday while working outside. My neck and arms are red as anything now. p.s i am NOT a ginger.

  2. forgot to mention i saw Kriss's mate with the red r31 on cheltenham road and springvale crossing..too...forgot him name..what was it?

Think i saw you earlier tonight getting onto princes highway from that round-about next to Ernest Wanke Rd. Was that you?

  3. Hey all, just thought i might start this thread up again and share my experience instead of creating a new topic (thanks to dan_the_man for the suggestion)

I'm sure most of us have gone through the oxidation & clouding issue with the front headlight's of a skyline. Ive always noticed it on mine have been too lazy to do anything. I know others though are more particular and like to nip these little issues straight away.

I used exactly the same method as INVRTD did back at the top of the thread and am just sharing my results with you guys; with a few subtle difference.

It didn't take all that long (probably a solid 20 min both both headlights). I applied the PlastX about 3 time's on each light. The first time was to get the general dirt, grit, residue and oxidation off. The 2nd pass concentrated more on the stubborn stains and light scratches (this was the most time consuming since u have to look for what you missed). The 3rd pass was to get the excess polish off while it was still wet.

Each time i applied the polish with the applicator pads and buffed it clean with the microwipe cloth.

Just a note, it's best to do this out in the direct sunlight since u have better visibility.

I cant guarantee that this method will work for you, but again, im just sharing my experience.

  4. Saw what looked like krzysiu's car on Springvale Rd just outside of Glenny at about 3:55 pm. Was orange with a black lip spoiler but not positive.

Then driving past Ann St in Dandenong on the way home at about 4:10 pm and saw a black 33 with SAU stickers parked. Looked like Basti's, but again not sure.

  6. I think people see raindrops on their windscreen and veer straight into the nearest object on the road.

dandy to burwood -> 10 mins.

burwood to camberwell -> 45 mins due to 3 accidents on the three main roads that go to camberwell from burwood. WTF.

Hahaha good call. Couldn't agree with you more.

  7. Pulled over, cop told me to turn off the engine so he could inspect the car (all the usual stuff: ride height, engine, tyres, etc). At this point would be important to mention my alarm arms itself after 1 min. Ok so his checking around, sticks his head in the engine bay and fiddles round. Well he must have tugged on something quite hard coz the alarm went off and he hit his head on the underside of the bonnet. He was very pissed off.

After a stern lecture he sent me on my way.

Thats the weirdest one i can think of, all other have been the usual breath-tests, drug searching, speeding kind.

  8. At about midnight spotted a white R34 4 door heading away from the City on Princes Highway. There was a black R32 with an unpainted left front panel along side him for a couple of lights as well.
