  1. We have owned this Stagea since 2007 and were the first owners in Australia, one of the first few in Adelaide. Car has been a very reliable family wagon, and has done everything we have asked of it, from school runs to camping holidays. Genuine regrettable sale due to family expansion and an upgrade to a 7 seater SUV. This Nissan Stagea Wagon delivers on power and acceleration. It has a powerful 2.5 litre engine, straight six turbo charged engine generating 175kW at the wheels (dyno sheet supplied). It belongs to non smoker owner. This car has 5 seats, enough for the whole family, and a very large boot! Car will come with roof racks, cargo barrier and boot cover. This 2000 Nissan Stagea RS4 Series 2 is PACKED WITH FEATURES, with minimal mods -

    - 179,193kms

    - MY2000
    - RB25DET NEO engine (stock)
    - Turbotech manual boost controller, boost set at 13psi
    - Nistune ECU daughterboard
    - 3" mild steel turbo back exhaust, hi flow cat, stainless steel muffler and 5" tip
    - K&N panel air filter
    - Only filled with BP Ultimate 98 ron
    - Oil changed every 5000kms (Quality synthetic oils used at every oil change)
    - Near new tyres all round - Continental Conti MC5 235/45/R17 (Only 3000kms!)
    - 17" Nissan alloy rims

    - Tiptronic 4spd auto
    - Climate control a/c
    - HID headlights with fog lamps
    - Auto closing boot
    - Dark privacy glass for the rear
    - Attesa E-TS AWD
    - Dolphin style front bar
    - Dayz side skirts
    - Cyclops immobiliser & alarm with auto arming and break glass system (Black wiring).
    - SAAS 52mm Boost gauge

    - Rego till 12/12/2015

Note: Front bar recently repaired and painted professionally.

She has a left rear 1/4 panel carpark ding, and small shopping trolley ding on left front passenger door, otherwise, very clean!

This Stagea is located in Adelaide and priced to sell at $6,990 ono.

  2. I will be trying this on the weekend. Thanks for posting.

Figured out how to "manual" release the brake. Deep under the dash, need a fairly long flat head screwdriver there is a mechanism you can push in that releases the brake. Have had to do this more then once when other people have used the foot brake.

  3. Thanks, will check when i get home. Top up and service in a couple of weeks so all good.

Definitely low brake fluid Nick, had the same issue with mine, topped up and it went off. Just check the level, I can almost guarantee you that it'll be on low. You might be due for some new pads as well.

  4. Well the parking foot brake has been faulty for years (foot pedal will depress but won't release when i pull the lever) now so I don't use it at all. But this is the first time the light has come on. If that's just it I shouldn't worry?

  5. Happened to my S2 and eventually it stopped working altogether, i.e. press footbrake down, release lever doesn't do anything, car stuck. Ended up figuring how to 'release' footbrake if/when some tit in the car wash decided to use it even though i'd stuck a warning sticker not to use it. Requires torch light, and a screwdriver. No idea how to fix it proper though, sorry.

  6. the 595ss's can be had in that size for about $125 + fitting (from option1garage)

Anyne know whereabouts in Adelaide i can drive in and drive out with a couple of these tomorrow morning? I called Mark and left a message, hope he calls back.

  7. Nick, give Mark at SA Motorsport Tyres a call on 0409 288 380.

He's the SA Federal and Hankook motorsport dealer, he'll be able to advise you of something decent for daily use. I'm waiting on him to sort my wheels out before we go tyres, but he did have some ideas and will be able to tell you whether it is or isn't over the top (and he'll be honest about it!).

Tell him Ryan from Pure Motorsport sent you

    Cheers,

Will do. Whereabouts is his shop located? Would he be able to fit tomorrow morning? Not too keen to keep the space saver any longer then it needs to be!

  8. Rear tyre just got shredded (mrs driving). Booked in at NTT (North Tce Tyres) tmrw morning to get a couple of either Pirelli P7's or Continantal Contact 3's (235/45/R17) for $198 each. Thoughts/recommendations?
