    munchstagea thank you for doing that I have no idea how to do that.. Yeah I dont know if the badging can be taken away but I like it.

    there is a similar wheel that I also like which is what godzilla is showing Advan Sienna generation II's: its similar to that.

    On the day it might not even be those rims could end up being totally different.

    Its awesome to see lots of different rims and tastes etc ..

    Hey guys,

    Well Im deciding on what type of rims for the stagea Ill be getting soon. cant come quick enough man it feels like a life time I have to wait but in the end it will be so very worth it, so what rims do you have on your stagea or would like to get for your stagea?

    Im looking at I think they are called Ashanti something like that, they have like a black with aluminium look to it to me they look great but I bet Ill change my mind once I get the car.

    So what have you got? and any pictures?

    Well, I thought I'd dig this thread out of the grave as I have just had a new addition to my family.

    His name is Rohan, and he's a little trooper.

    Congratulations Terminal on your beautiful baby boy.. hes so cute.

    We picked the stagea for space, a family and it looks neat I cant wait til the day I own one which will be soon....

    Im back again with another question. we took this stagea S1 for a drive it drove really nicely.

    Anyway it had a quarter of a tank we drove about 10kms and fuel gauge went from a quarter to being empty, we didnt give it a hard time or anything like that just drove it gently gave two ups and gos pushs thats it but we didnt give it a hard time to go like htat..

    Are stagea normally like that? It really has put us of from buying a stagea..

    Josh I didnt know that about the steering wheel thanks I wont be changing it now :teehee: .. I can live with that. :sorcerer:

    I dont want a stereo system that is out there and gos doof doof doof and expensive I just want a nice system that sounds nice. I have a nice sounding exhaust not loud not quite just right.

    But thanks I will be looking at that when once I get the stagea and the stereo system put in..

    we are trying to figure out where the subs would go just to give it that bit of umph.. we were thinking at the back of the Stagea we are going with a Series 1 Ive made my decision :P

    You know where the back of the stagea along the side where it curves in? we were thinking of puting a sub there 10 inch one,, but we ahve no idea the length or width in that area..

    Now with what you were saying earlier where would I find the things you mentioned like the boost and all that stuff? What should come first in your list of things..

    throw another $5000 to $6000 at it and you'll get yourself and Full Exhaust, Intercooler, Air Filter, Boost Controller, SAFC and (if you can bloody find one) an SITC so you can tune your air/fuel mixtures and timming for better fuel economy and power (believe me and everyone else here this should be AT THE TOP OF THE LIST), and set of wheels (nothing too expensive), alarm and maybe even have some left for suspension upgrades or exterior mods depending on what it came with. This is based on some new and second hand parts and a bit of shopping around but I've done it with less so far. And you'll still come out on top of buying a stock series 2 from a dealer. Personally I don't really find the differences that big between the 2 apart from age. The Neo does make more power and is a little better on fuel but these can be addressed in a series 1. It all depends on what you want for your money really. You could get a better series 1 and do more to it or go with a stock series 2. Both are great cars!!!

    Stasis, yep not even in my youngs days did I have the stereo going doof doof doof.. :D techinicqually Im still young 28 but im not in my early 20's although I could class as that young ROFL

    I have seen two stereos that I like that is the pioneer and the kenwood one reasonable price and I like the sound that it has.

    all i need is the stagea and ill be happy

    IM more leaning to an auto and perhaps a s1 cause then I can buy the stereo system I wanted.. I went looking at stagea today hehe and really took notice.. and I saw the s1 and a s2

    John hehehe at the LTD number plate LOL>>> I used to have a LTD then went and brought the au fairmont ghia, I know I like my fords trouble is mike said that I will enjoy this turbo stagea too much hehe. Yep that is my plan buying what I can afford.. thanks and something about the stagea really jumps out to me and I really like hte way they look and drive... damit I wish i had it now.. Thanks if you could pm me about the sites, that would be great

    I had a look at stereo systems northfield has quoted me 7000 for fitted for all alpine system, dvd screens,subs,speakers, the whole works

    I went to autobarn who quoted me around the 4000 dollars approx or less for a clarion? system

    Dh likes the pioneer stuff.

    But see 7000 dollars to me seems a hell lot of money for a stereo system.

    Hehehe leetom, I am a female and I have tried to drive a manual, I can change gears etc I just dont have the concentration to go with it iykwim, much easier for me to drive an auto as that is what Im comfortable with driving. Last time I drove a manual which was last year or the year before I rolled back and couldnt get going again and the car behind me ran in to me since then I dont wanna drive one.. hehehe although Im sure that my partner would agree with you .. ... But since its going to be my car I better stick with what I drive..

    at the moment i drive a Ford fairmont ghia Au 99 that happens to be auto.. but im actully so excited getting this stagea as Ive never had any cars other than ford..

    I do know that driving a manual is *probually* more fun and better on fuel am I right? and so I just dont have it in me to drive a manual :(

    JVP I am going to ring them today and see how much it would for the s1 to insure as Its so much cheaper and I have more cash left to buy things I want for the car IM getting very excited about it hehe.. and also Im going to ring justcars.. :sorcerer:

    Josh, by the way you have a great name :) you are right, Im leaning more for the S1 I want a lovely exhaust system, a lovely stereo system,alarm, and lots of other stuff to go with it and the s1 I can do all that too where as the S2 i wouldnt be able to get things I want done with it.. .. Im really seeing what you and my partner are saying.. I have to have a looksie at the MVautomatic shifts hehehe.
