Also "copypod" will do exactly that, will load up your songs just like in itunes then you just copy them to hdd.

Doubt you will get them any cheaper than through jesse (link posted above). Seriously , i know so many people that have spent thousands with him and no-one has anything bad to say about him

What a raping It's ridiculous to think everyone will be able to afford anywhere near what they seem to be pushing through at the moment, I really hope it does get pulled because if a change of exhaust is all it takes to have to go through this experience then a whole lot of cars & people are in trouble...
And Nic, pull your head in & don't make stupid abusive or offensive posts in the future please. Yes you have a point to consider but you're not going the right way about getting it across.
It is not getting pulled, and wont be. It is being postponed, until they sort out a better process (No 4wd testing facilities at all for example). Lets face it, we have been getting away without a lot of these emission laws that are enforced in other countries, it was only a matter of time before we caught up and its here to stay.

None. Suspension first, will look very 4x4 with nice rims and low profile tyres at stock height.
-
ha ha nice work Ben, will your black one ever get back on the road?
how many km on the parts car?
they shouldn't have even made the spoiler on them an option...
They shouldve made that ass end an option, so that you could have something nicer
-
If i pulled up next to one, i would give it a go just for the sake of it. I know i would lose but it would be an awesome sight/sound to hear/see a 35gtr go flying past me

$400 for lipos? U planning on racing or something? Or was that a few batteries. Ive seen plenty of well prices lipos online that will do the job for drifting, and a lot cheaper than the LHS wants for the same thing

Ahh ok. With my old brushed motor I was using the white PVC plumbing pipe over the top of my rubber tyres (found it was too harsh mounting ABS straight onto the rims).
I then got myself a Castle Creations 5700kV brushless setup for Xmas and it was WAY too much for the shitty old TT01 chassis.. so got myself a HPI Pro-D chassis.
The power of the brushless is ridiculous, even just on a 7.2V NiMH stick pack.. I have since found that the rubber "drift" tyres that come with the TT01D kit work the best for my setup, heaps of traction when needed but when you squeeze the throttle on there's heaps of wheelspin Srsly, with this motor it's almost like the old motor on the plastic tyres!
I find with the proper rubber tyres it's a lot nicer to control and isn't so much like skating on ice.. only downside is they come pre-glued to WRX style rims
When I've got some spare cash (that isn't being spent on the 32 or paintball), I'll get some nice rims and try some proper racing slicks (hardish compound).. and maybe a 3S LiPo pack if I can find one that will fit in the chassis
How do you find the pro-d chassis? I was going to put a brushless setup in my hpi e10 but like the tt-01 i dont think it will handle the power...so thinking of upgrading chassis as well
-
FFS why dont you all get off your high horses and give this bloke a break?
So what if he wants to fit stretched tyres? How many people have actually had failures from "the wrong size tyre"?
-
Cool/a little funny...yes. Worth a thread on here...dun think so

ok ok, so reading through this, alot about the 350z which isn't being argued about. And your on a skyline forum, asking whether or not the god of skylines (r35 not being considered a skyline) compares to the 370z?
nuff said.
Something about that picture doesnt look right? Looks like a model that someone has imposed over the background. Im not saying it is, it just doesnt look right to me

Ive been using linux at work (and at uni beforehand) and i like it a lot better than windows for most things.
I still dont use it at home simply for software/driver support. And cos i havnt been bothered putting it on.
But its 100% more stable for everything i do, considering doing dual boot for my normal internet wastage.

yeh i know its not a c35 but its still a laurel we do have them in aus clearly
Dropped on your head lately? Lol...
I rekon it would be worth bringing over for sure, assuming its rb25det. Nice car, would have bought one instead of the aristo if they were available in aus
-
thats pretty good,
im 21 and live in the outer suburbs so it shouldnt be too bad. my mate has an aristo and he pays $900 a year for full comp with a written off car on his record and he is 22 so im hoping it will be similar to that or just a bit more because i have no crashes or speeding fines on my record
Their initial quote was close to 1200 but i did the add-excess crap to get it under 1k, seeing as i had to pay it up front
But good thing about them is they only count accidents in the past 3 years, most are 5. Since my accident was over 3 years ago now, im counted as accident free (and 30% no-claim i think).
But yeh i think just cars will be your only bet, or shannons if your very lucky. Although since the aristo is "twin turbo" they freak out about that, so you should be fine.

Wow clean as anything mate. That engine bay is spotless!!!
A 32 gtr is still at the top of my "to own" list
-
Far out this is happening more and more.
And this is the reason i dont go around advertising what car i own, what mods its got or where i live. I wouldnt be suprised if this sort of information from forums and the like is used to target certain cars (especially more stand out cars like the rx7).
Hope its recovered mate, and hopefully people will learn to get bloody insurance!

Im really enjoying this game. I havnt even started the single player game, online is where its at. There are a lot more places to camp which is frustrating for me (cos i hate camping) but all in all i love the game.
They should have just left out vehicles cos that ruins half the maps. Takes 4 bazooka shots (sometimes more) to kill a tank which is a load of crap.
I dont think il go back to playing cod4 all the time, although i would have liked it if they released a heap more maps and did a few tweaks to COD4.
-
Drug addicts hooked on ICE said the same thing, I will only use it once to see what it is like.
Haha good point, but i can say that because i wont be owning a R35 GTR for a long time if ever
-
This news doesnt really suprise me. If i bought an R35 i would probably only use the launch control once to see what it was like and leave it at that.

while we are on the topic, what about manually down-gearing?
As in its in drive, slowing down for a corner and push it into 2nd at around 50ks...
Is this practise ok for auto-trannies?
I usually drive with the over-drive off during normal <70km/hr driving. If i get on the freeway/highway then i engage overdrive (or 4th gear). In a manual you dont go into 5th when doing 50km/hr do you? How would putting overdrive on (or not turning it off) cause less engine wear?
-
Thats what i like to hear, a car driven how it was meant to be
-
That is just a stupid comment. He shouldnt be expecting that nissan will cover it considering the abuse he gave it, and what you said is a load of turd
-
Hahaha yeh i do that all the time. You just get so used to the normal routine.
Il get home and be like...umm...i dont remember going through (suburb i always go home through).
And driving to work on a sunday, ive done that a few times
-
When a car is written off there are two types.
1. Repairable write-off, which can be repaired and registered.
2. Total write off (lol total isnt the word i cant remeber what it is), but it cant be rego'd.
If your thinking of buying a written off car, it would do you well to find out which of the two occurred.
