  1. Does any1 have or know of where to get hold of wide front guards for ceffy?

Current guards are riddled with rust and didnt fare well after attempted guard rolling!

Am running ste of zauber rivale 17x9 & 17x10, real nice rims but sit a tad outside guards and have finally got me defected so am keen to widen guards to accomadate and avoid future hastles.

    Cheers, Tristan

  2. Am in need of a replacement auto trans for my S2 RS4 stag.

Current trans is gettin tired, done 170thou, towed a caravan from adelaide to margaret river wa.

Is randomly deciding to switch to A/T mode which is extremely annoying and quite dangerous when attempting to cross intersection or merge into traffic and decides to take off in 2nd!

Is also stalling a lot when coming to complete stop.

Hoping someone has 1 to get rid of, maybe unwanted after manual conversion?

Am located in victor harbour, south of adelaide.

    Cheers, Tristan

  4. Was good to catch up w everyone at whalers and put a few faces to the names on the forum. Some very nice stags good to see them all in the same place at same time.

Still spewin I missed out on the actual driving part of the cruise, thats what its all about for me.

Hopefully next one turns out a bit better!

  5. Very upset!!

Sent my number to 2 people early sunday morning as i left from victor early to get to town for meet point.

Got no PM for meet point

Drove all the way to town from victor checked all usual cruise meet spots i could think of and no sight of any stags!

Headed home dissapointed and hoping to still meet up at whalers

  6. Another option w food could be 5-10 bucks each chip in and get few various platters of hot and cold gear for all to share, would be a cheaper option than full meal.

Weather is lookin good. should be real nice day!

  7. I Realise shit is not cheap these days, as rubyrs4 said there is no reason why those who want cant grab a pie from the bakery and hang out front, am sure we will be lappin up the deck out the front if weather is nice, can just chill w a drink or whateva!

Will be able to hook up a few bowls of wedges and some garlic breads for the table :D

    Will book tomoz.

  8. Can we decide on lunch venue.

should I make a tentative booking?

Would be nice to let them know if we gonna be there.

Especially if we go to flyin fish, they dont have that many seats so need to organise if we gonna rock up w 20 odd people!

  9. If we arrivin from western front can take ring road around back of township and come at it from top of kleinigs hill, down into victor and do the main street cruise etc, then head back out to encounter bay via esplanade all the way down to whalers. Is many spots to stop for photos etc, kent reserve, bluff jetty road, petrel cove carpark would be awesome also!!

I just bought new walkies w apparant 7km range, was planning on using them anyway, am a big fan of walkies on cruzes, I would encourage anyone who has one to bring with!

  10. Have had an idea for lunch stop let me know what yas reckon.

I am currently cookin @ whalers in encounter bay.

Not givin the joint a plug or anything but there is an awesome deck area that looks out over encounter bay and an adequitly sized car park that would look rather spesh chockas w stags!!

And we do a reasonably priced big rotisserie spread(among other things) on a sunday!!

I must say I personally would prefer the food @ the flying fish( my missus used to work there and is real nice) but is definately a little pricier$$. Carparks and view are very comparable so either would be great spots.

Just thought id throw in the idea!

    My 2 cents!

  11. I have to start work at whalers at 2 in the arvo so am keen to head down town way(wherever meet point is) and finish up in victa and head to work, leave u guys to head back.

Are we still meetin at castle plaza?

  12. Howdy guys,

am reasonably new to forums and dont know many crew in adelaide w stagz.

Am from victor and have a pearl white S2.

Would be keen for a cruise but am chef also and is hard to organise time off.

Will keep eye on thread and do my best to make it!

  13. Hey every1,

I have a series 2 RS4, is fairly stock and due to it being the mrs's car am going to keep it fairly tame and mild, but some new rims and a lower ride are definately on the list.

Would love to put coilovers on it but want to maintain smooth/soggy ride and since factory shocks are still good and just trying to find out what lowered springs will fit?

Can get my factory ones compressed but dont much easier to just replace w something already lower?

    Any feedback appreciated!!

    Cheers.
