Been a few changes in the build. After the heads get ported every component in the head will be Ferrea. I have ditched the HKS cams for custom made billet 280 IN/EX 11.50 lift cams + HKS Cam gears.
You say that on inspection it had standard cams... but early you said you have dtiched the HKS cams. Doesn't sound suss at all champ.
Also you say that he said it was going to be sold with, but the ad says differently...

ENGINEForged pistonsHKS Cams - You said you removed those...Complete re-built head w/copper head gasketMotor balanced, blueprinted and crank testedBaffled sumpUpom inspecting the block before the sale we see that the following are stock standard.Standard Rods - Mentions nothing about rods the in the ad, (you know the difference between pistons and conrods right, just checking...)Standard Rod Nuts and Studs - Mentions nothing about this eitherStandard Main Studs - Or this...Standard Head Studs... or this.........Standard Cams - Once again think we addressed this....I dunno man, sucks if it is this way it happened, but what you are saying isn't exactly lining up with whats on the ad.Also becareful about what you say online, no matter what the outcome, identifying people and then calling people a liar (or as you spell it, lier), is slander and saying you will "f**k them up" is a threat, just saying, wouldn't want to get in shit for that sort of thing. -

From my observation, the organisers changed their minds more often than the 'undecisive' entrants.
Blame the entrants if you want, but the fact remains that I was indeed intending to join in, but had to forewarn you about the timing surrounding a body kit fitment. I thought I was doing the right thing, but myself and others got labelled 'undecisive' because of it, and I for one took offence. Especially when decisions were made and unmade before the close off date. After the on again, off again, on again, off again thread, another was started (this one) and suddenly its back on again! So before you label us undecisive and uncommited try to organise it a bit better from your end next time.
I get more comments about the Stag on the street than what I would in some show anyway

So it fell on its arse then not surprisingly?
Wow... all your post have been really useful and helpful, keep up the good work champ
-
I have heard good things about ISC... I actually run them in my car and can honestly say I have had no issues with them at all as opposed to just having an opinion, Ryan was very helpfull as well.
-
I recently purchased an ISC kit and had no hassles fitting it. Looks good, works well.
-
I have had ISC for almost a year, and they have survived a beating and even an smack that killed my castor rods. Salad appears to have his panties in a twist for some reason and bags them out whenever he can, so yeah take it with a pinch of salt.
-
Nope... he is an underground pool seller
-
I dunno why but seeing that picture just made this just go through my head : The good, the bad and the ugly
-
If you get a decent custom made exhaust, why not get HKS welded on, that way its better and cheaper then the jap stuff.
*slap* Get out.
-
There is a candy store off the mall that sells a lot of drinks like that. Dr Pepper, Cherry Cola, TAB, etc, etc. Also sell pop tarts in like 20 different flavours (note I may be exaggerating a bit but you get the point).
-
Thank you Andy. See I am a nice guy lol
Now now... MissR34 thats not very nice. Your just a biggie meanie. <--- Dancing banana.
Dan you will always be my hero (in a completely non prison movie type way !!)
-
So wait save up a bit more and get the Jap stuff, its not to much more from what you already have

if i wanted a turbo car i would go buy one, the prices of the R34 GTT's have come down a bit now, so it would be cheaper to go buy one instead of chucking a turbo onto my n/a engine, which i will agree is quite lame really, and a waste of time.
and in my eyes being unique is a good thing. your obviously one that follows the flock and wouldnt know a thing about uniqueness............a keyboard warrior perhaps?
not everyone buys a car for power you know, unlike your self who obviously has power issues and thinks that having the most power makes you the best person in the world..............well me thinks not, however yes it might be impressive, its not like im gonna bend down and kiss your feet because of it.
i have a different approach to what i consider power to be, and what i use it for is very very different to obviosuly what you use it for. If i choose to throw shit loads of money into my non turbo, that is my decison, that is what makes me happy, but it also makes me stand out a little more than everyone else who has a turbo....................which is fine by me.
i am not afriad to be unique, you however are.
and your so called "constructive critism" , place it on someone who gives a damn, cause i dont. If i wanted constructive critism, i would go see the people who actually do stuff to my car, and dont a keyboard warrior.
1) Power is not everything, I never said it was, I have said that just to be unique does not mean that it is good. What you get and for the money you spend on it N/A is not worth it. I don't have massive amounts of power, never claimed to
2) Afraid to be unique... don't make me laugh, you don't know the first thing about my car because unlike you I don't need peoples approval from other people about it
3) While we are on the subject of you knowing about it... what do I use my car for ?
3) "but it also makes me stand out a little more than everyone else who has a turbo....................which is fine by me." - Yes but being the smartest kid in the retard class is not a good thing.
4)If you don't want criticism about your car why post about your shit and what you are doing on a public forum ?
So over it, you obviously have your way right or wrong its a big meh. You want to continue bring it to PM, I will be more than happy to discuss it. Otherwise, its done

being envious is sooo hard for some, sometimes.
this could honestly go on for soo long, and you say i need to harden up,
uniqueness is one thing not many people can have because they prefer to be sheep in the flock.
i would prefer to be that black sheep who dosent follow the follow the flock
envious... Sorry but no.
While it was a smart ass way of saying it. Being unique does not mean its a good thing.
Just to get close to a mildly modified turbo car you will be looking at anywhere from $8000 up. If you have that much cash just to throw away on being "unique" then hey go for it.
I guess the other option would be supercharger, it will make close to a turbo and have a nice power curve. Not as much top end power but hey better bang for buck than giggle gas and N/A, plus its in there you don't have to worry about taking the tank in and out, much less likely to get defected.
*This is not "giving you shit" this one is constructive criticism*
-
who ? Google ain't got shit about it.
edit : oh wait here is it : here
-
Meh, thats just a harmless poke (funny though) and suited the post, I am sure no one will be cutting themselves over it. If they are they should harden up.
There is usually a reason that a way is done the most. Don't make it hard on yourself JUST to be different.
-
but why should i be like every one else who has a turbo'ed car? honestly what ever happened to uniqueness??? i dont want to be like every else.
and im sure if i ever take on a stock GTT i would be able to keep up i too have a power fc. i have many plans for my car, and none of them include a turbo.
and what about mallala?
-
Hey bitch !!
Good to hear autostyle are going to cough up for it. Lancers only have single cam non turbos though don't they ? Ricer.
I am sure many people miss you around here *looks around* lol.

Stupid light weight parts...
RIP GTR it looked very nice. Just think of it as starting a new project.
-
It's only on R32 GTRs that you can pull out the fuse to make them RWD.
Doing a key banger in one will do it too. When your finished turn it off wait a few secs, turn it back on and you awd again
-
I would prefer it in my driveway much more than at an impound yard. At least then you can keep and eye on it and know how it is being treated.
On the plus side, if you own a 33 you know it wouldn't be stolen

Just so you can see what you wrote... See the bold part where you said you have, you meaning you did it already, not that you are going to.
Me, the moron, I think not.
And you didn't address anything else mentioned, you know about the ad not mentioning anything you whinged about.
And also insulting Pete, not withstanding that he is a mod, is really stupid. How about you think before you type something, because clearly that is not something you have been doing up to this point.
And just incase you are able to read above an 8th grade level, check caveat emptor:
