  1. Seriously, it is not hard to weld up some pipe to mount any sort of intercooler, FMIC or the STD side Front mount of any R32/R33/R34.

2 1/2" exhaust pipe costs fark all, I still have a section of straight just under 2 metres length if you need some. You can buy manrell bends in the same diametre for not much from most exhaust shops, then you just work out where the bends need be, cut, tape together, get welded (or weld yourself)...easy:)

When I put the GTR R32 FMIC into my R32 GTS-t skyline (The GTR intercooler is 3" and the std gtst plumbing is 2 1/2" plumbing, I Got 2 1/2 to 3 " reducers from Morphett Vale Exhaust for fark all, and welded to suit. Might not have been pretty, but it worked :)

    Just an Idea for you,

    Steve

  2. Hi south,

Yes the car is still for sale, I'm looking at $15,500 at the moment.

I'm open to offers, I have to sell the car (my baby will be born in june, the car needs to go  )

They are gts-t alloy rims painted white, as opposed to the being painted silver.

    ex mr 32-

I have never dyno'ed the car- but the guy who was going to buy it ( but pulled out 'cos his brother didn't buy his car so he could buy mine :( ) said it went quicker than another R32 he drove with more mods and more boost. Mine is running 11psi on a STD turbo BTW.

A couple more pics uploaded also, sorry about the size :)

    Someone buy it please !!

    Steve,

give me a call if you need to.

    :)

  3. Who would have thought it would be so hard to sell a car like this. Email me if anyone wants some more pics, or if you are in Adelaide, call me, and arrange a look at it. Its a damn good car, I just need to get a family car (me sobs).

    Price is negotiable.

Have an interested party, it will most likely go to him, but not quite the amount I'm after...sad, but true.

  4. Come and see me.

I run a Business called Lonsdale Car Detailers, obviously in lonsdale, S.A.

    0421 819 129, My name is Steve.

Plenty of practice Polishing cars, My car is black, Dark colours are the hardest to get looking good, they show everything.

Included for the price is a Wash, Wheels & Arches, Interior Vacuum, Full machine cut, and Hand polish/wax, and Windows Cleaned.

Is not a full detail, but will leave the car looking like new. (skylines are generally well kept, you dont need to fully detail them :( )

Will do it for a very competitive price, and you will be impressed with the job.

    Give me a call,

    Steve

  5. The one I used when I changed my timing belt was about $20 from sprint auto, looks like a crows foot..

I used my Rattle gun and a extension to undo the puller though.

You also need two long 8mm high tensile bolts, and two BIG washers, with small holes in them for the 8mm bolts. These bolt the puller to the Harmonic balancer, and the rattle gun does up the pullers bolt that pushes into the crank shaft.

This is all well and good, but to do it, you need the radiator out, and the A/C condensor. Once they're out, 'tis a piece of cake :D

Might swell do the water pump, timing belt and thermostat whilst shes all apart, for piece of mind ;)

  6. Not sure what you mean by your last post?

I had all of the payment for shipping, customs, quarantine etc. organised through a company called Schenker in Port Adelaide. A guy called Mark helped me out, they were great! Made it easy.

But how it goes in the USA, I wouldn't know! Ring around some companies, see what you can find out.

  8. Mine has done this since day 1 of driving it (been on the road for over 2 yrs now). Once the temp guage gets to half way, shes fine, just warm it up if it pisses you off, if not don't thrash it till its warm. I get in mine cold, drive it straight away, 2-3 mins max, its warmed up. You can feel it hit that certain point once the temp guage is halfway, it 'clears up' and feels normal. Done it since I first got it on the road. Quite common apparently.

Don't forget, these cars are getting old now, mines a late '93, 12 yrs old now!

  9. I have used Penrite HPR30 in my skyline (R32 gts-t- RB20DET)the last couple of oil changes now, and I'm being fair generous between changes, as in at leat six months. I don't drive it overly hard, or for long periods of time, but it seems to be holding up fine. Oil pressure ( on the std guage in the dash) is just below the first mark at idle, ( Although I know these guages are NOT reliable) nonetheless there is pressure. I can't justify putting oil in that pours like water.
