hey, i just bought a ARK electronic boost controller that was recomended at a Apexi store, he told me coz my R32 GTST is stock that boosting it to no more then 1 bar will be safe, so im at about .91 atm, after a while of driving with it boosted to that level i pull over to chek my engine bay to find a slite tik tik tik comming from the turbo, is this normal? and wen im driving and it spools up i hear a tik tik tik faintly in the cabbin (i have to listen hard for it) the tick in the engine bay is not to much louder either..are these all normal or is there something i should be worried about??? (i will be adding a front mount soon btw) i read in the instructions that the actuator may make some noise in the bay, would that be the tik tik i hear in the cabin? but im more worried about what i hear in the engine bay, its not to loud but i just want to be cautious...hope someone could shed some light on this matter "when car is not boosted these noises dissapear!......." ALSO if someone could post the signs of a turbo going to die please list them, its good to know!

okai sweet man, ill try doing that, but do you think its causing any damage? or is it just noise..

i change oil every 3000k's, it started actually after switching from valvoline to caltex synthetic oil....timing belt changed at 93 000ks, its done 132 000 now.. lol sorry i tryed search b ut came up with similer issues but not the same, it ticks only wen i accelerate,, then it goes away completely... its perfect at idle..

in the morning when i turn my car on..(infact anywhere where the car has been sitting for more then 30 mins off) theres a ticking comming from my bay, but only at around 2500>3000, not when its idleing, i pop the hood to find its comming from the front of the block, on the right side (turbo side) of the rocket cover when i rev it.. after driving for about 10 mins it goes away, what the hell is this..is it serious? thanks for reading car: R32 GTST 1992

i dont know how much they weigh but they are certainly lighter then my 33 stokies that i had on it!

what do you mean? spacers are the after market things that alter the wheels offset yer? coz i not using those atm... your scarin me

i need to lower it but i dont know if i should go adjustable or not..

only issue was from my left front caliper slightly touching wheel which i slightly filed nicely so it wooshes past corectly, its scary how close it is... enough clearence every where else however, so all green my suspension, coils etc. is all stock btw

mang if we were to cruise together it would look mint SAME but diffrent O_o

lol the offset is umm, like well my front calipers are like a hair distance from the rim, i had to angle grind the left front calipers paint off a little bit so it passes it nicely, other then that no issues, all sweeet, unless you have lowerd your veheicle.. AND 17X9 GTR offset is the largest these rims come in i belive...

ahh thats awesome i was a bit ify of it durability coz of its low price, but u'v obviously tested it out allready for me! cant belive how many heads it turn now though! O_o heres a more car filled pic lol... i went nuts with the camera earlier before..
