well, funny though. I sent an email to the police and the replied sounded like this thank you for your email dated 1 August 2003. In answer to your questions, if your vehicle is not exceeding the posted speed limit the vehicle can not be recorded by a speed camera. Am wondering how does the camera works? was travelling 55km/h on a 60km/h zone and this smart @ss went pass me really fast and the camera on the left flashed. So, my car will definitely be in the photo. Will i get a fine for that? What if a motor Bike is speeding right beside you and the camera flashes? Guys, any ideas?
