Condition:
One of the bulbs takes a while to warm up and will ocassionally not turn on at all. I'm pretty sure both ballasts are fine. Replacement bulbs can be bought online.

Bought for USD$115, due to the fact you will need to purchase another set of bulbs I am selling for $75 (postage included). Price is negotiable.
